My wedding cake which Mum and I made together. My thoughts were - the blingier, the better. The bottom layer was a 12" fruit cake. The top 2 tiers were chocolate mud. We used a pasta maker to get the icing thin for the ruffles. The initial design wasn't as blingy, but after Sharon gave me the diamante Mr and Mrs for a birthday present, the final design just fell in place. Sharon did contribute too - she added all the large silver balls to the bottom tier.
And yes I should be mentioned as a contributor too - those little balls took forever!😉
