Mum has loved sashiko for a number of years, and I've admired her projects. This year I thought I'd give it a try. (I've done embroidery and cross stitch over the years). I enjoyed it and have plans to do a sashiko quilt some day. The table runner was a kit I purchased at a craft fair at the beginning of the year.
