The first queen size bed quilt I made. It was made from a pattern from the Australian Patchwork and Quilting magazine. This was the first big applique project I did. The quilting was mainly smallish stippling (which I enjoy doing - it's easy and effective). I thoroughly enjoyed making it, even the quilting (which made my back ache incredibly). A therapeutic massage was required half way through the quilting to enable me to carry on. The quilt now lives on our bed.
What you need here is some blue cushions to set this off.
