Been a bit busy lately with cooking. Keeping myself occupied over the Christmas period with the break from tafe. I have been making th3 Christmas cake on my own for years now. A traditional fruit cake. This year I decided to test out my fondant skills. Along with the fruit cake I have also made rice bubble snowman and rocky road.
